Whether you want to learn to waltz or hiphop - you will find a dance class in Wellington to suit. Classes generally happen in halls around town rather than downtown - depending on the style. Ballet and jazz classes tend to be in purpose designed studios while ballroom and rock and roll clases often take place in a school or church hall. They may not be the prettiest venues around but that won't stop you having a great time learning to dance in Wellington!
The great Australian shutdown doesn't quite bring the country to a full-stop for 6 weeks as it used to. In fact the holiday period can be a good time to sell property in Australia. There are probably a whole lot of Australians involved in Dubai property but those that are should be worried - its still not clear what is going on - and Dubai is on a week-long holiday so the details may be slow to emerge. On the bright side - airfares to Dubai are very low at the moment if you think you need to fly over to check your Dubai property investmetns in person!
Australia is struggling to keep up with the demand for Australian property - the banks are still not lending for large developments and the arcane and overly political planning process certainly does not help as it causes developers to spend years and thousands of dollars with no certainity that they will get a reasonable outcome to their property development request.
